I've been practicing at the Core Power Yoga 2nd street location from when it opened and have yet to have a negative experience. I took my teacher training at that location and had a great time. The studios have a good balance and there isn't a bad spot in the room. The staff is cheerful and eager to be available and helpful. I encourage anyone looking for a good workout and a great detox to try it out.

Great workout, love using weights thru the movements since I dont care much for yoga, great music, instructor was great. Only downside was wearing a mask. It was so hard to catch my breath. Looking forward to when we dont have to wear them.
