Early class times with options between C2 and sculpts (my favorite), visibly clean and well kept, knowledgeable teachers, and the heat works great (a lot of other studios I find the heat isn’t hot enough)

I absolutely loved my class with Cat! She brought incredible energy and dedication to the practice and the workout felt so good after although challenging (in the best way). The music was on point and she was an effective communicator throughout. She's a natural pro! Namaste!

Loved this class! I did feel like the room got hotter than usual but I was also coming off of a cold so that could’ve been part of it. Otherwise I thought the instructor was amazing and the class was great!

I enjoy how the classes are fun and challenging. Tessie Scott is an amazing instructor. I’ve never been to a Core Power class, but Tessie is thorough and explains the movements well, so it was easy for me to pick up on. Not to mention she has the best playlists, too!
I love the classes and community at core power. I am feeling stronger than ever and so lucky to have a place like this! The instructors are incredible and I love the intentions set behind each class.
