I recently scheduled my first appointment with Christian Brothers Automotive. I was warmly greeted and they started my appointment right on time. The reception/waiting area and restrooms were very clean - they were so much nicer than any other automobile repair shop I’ve ever been to! I I received text messages throughout my appointment to keep me updated on the status of my oil change. When my SUV was ready, they reviewed my “vehicle inspection report” which was very thorough and included photos of my SUV. I will 100% return to Christian Brothers for my next oil change and any other maintenance issues that arise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The timeliness of service, friendly and highly knowledgeable staff made my first experience delightful.

They were extremely pleasant and courteous first and foremost. I had an oil change, tire rotation and my engine filter changed. They were not only FAST, they charged me less than another company charged me for just an oil change and cabin filter (which took HOURS while I had a four year old with me!) Not only that, they took images of my major components that they inspected for free, and let me know my car was issue free and in excellent condition. Very happy with their attitude and service.

I communicated with a Rep named Connor. Connor was the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with, keeping me up to date on what was happening with my car and contacting all the necessary parties trying to resolve the warranty issue I was experiencing.

I took my car in for a break service and oil change plus a courtesy check. The staff as always were professional and courteous. They notified me via email when my car was being looked at. After the check they sent me an email showing pictures of their findings. And then a follow up call discussing what they found on the courtesy check and their recommendations. There was no pressure to buy any other services all though I did buy a new battery as it checked out low. They told me the total cost of what the work would be. When the work was complete they sent another email letting me know my car was ready. They are the best.

Excellent service reps at the front desk and in the bays. I like the personal approach and the fact that everything is explained in great detail. The electronic interaction...text, emails, phone messages...kept me informed during the whole process and let me decide what to have done on the car. The job was done ahead of schedule and at a reasonable price for the work done. I will continue to bring both my cars to CBA. MM

This is the third time I have them do my service on my vehicles, every time the service has been consistently great, appointments were started on time and finished promptly with great attention to checking the vehicle and keeping me updated during the process.
