The facility is very clean, has enough space for all the programs provided. The gym is a fully equipped place and the staff are very committed.

I find the price to be very affordable for the services provided.

We love everything about the Y! The facility is always clean and everybody is super welcome, but most importantly the after school staff is AMAZING. The counselors are always making an effort to engage the kids in different activities and the management is really committed to provide a safe, fun and loving environment & I’m Very thankful to know that my kids are in secure and safe hands.

My daughter is very happy, safe and well taken care of. Fun days are a bonus especially for working single parents. And we love attending the events that get put together for families.

Everyone at the YMCA has been kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Jenna Lawrence specifically has always been so helpful with my daughter and never fails to respond when I have questions/concerns. Watching the counselors with my daughter is probably my favorite part of the YMCA aftercare. My daughter absolutely loves the program and I'm so grateful for all you guys do to help this single Mom!

Nosotros estamos muy agradecidos con la YMCA de Boca Ratón, mi hijo hace parte de este maravilloso lugar desde hace ya 10 años, ahora esta en el grupo del after school para jóvenes donde les inculcan valores y respeto por los demas. What do you like about your experience with the Y?

So many activities to chose from and the staff are so helpful. I love the parties and celebrations you put on all the time.
It’s a feel good place for our family.

One area for improvement- it’s hard to get a hold of some of the staff to ask a question.

Someone accompany them even when they need to go to the bathroom, so they are never alone.

There’s always a warm welcome and friendly hello each time I approach the front desk to sign in. The fitness instructors are pretty awesome too! I love the variety of classes offered.

My daughter’s been attending the YMCA since she was three and loves it. The teachers are incredibly amazing.
My daughter is now in kindergarten and still attends the Y for aftercare. All the staffs are friendly and kind.

This is something that I’ve commented on several times before in your surveys: The class before Chair Yoga doesn’t end on time. It should stop at 11:10 to allow those participants to leave and the next class( chair yoga) to get into the room Chair yoga is being cheated out of time every Tues and Thursday.
