I enjoy the friendly atmosphere at the Boca Y. Friendships are easily made here. There are so many types of exercise classes to satisfy the needs of the members no matter their age. New programs are always popping up, keeping up with the latest research in exercise technology. The newest being the egym program which I participate in a few days a week.
The instructors are so knowledgeable and make their classes enjoyable and effective.

My experience with YMCA has always been amazing. However my son’s swimming instructor has been the most amazing of all. She went the extra mile to erase my son’s fear of water in just a few minutes today. When I saw my son swimming with his face in the water, I couldn’t believe my eyes. This was something I could never ever persuade him to do. I’m so thankful and I couldn’t be happier 🥰

The jacuzzi, sauna and steam room areas are soo nice. (Note *Jacuzzi should be cleaned twice daily).
