Webcam service, professional trainer and friendly front desk service.

The staff and owner of Dogtopia are great. They all know my dog's name and greet him with joy when he arrives for daycare. I love that I can watch him play on the webcam and see that he is enjoying himself. It is comforting for me to know that my dog is in a safe and clean environment and is being well taken care of.

My puppy has been going there for a couple months and they are just absolutely amazing! They have so much patience, are very professional and comforting that your pup is in good hands!
I love that they have the cameras and we can peep and watch how much fun he’s having!

I love the friendliness of the staff and how they take such good care of my pup. I see them on the webcam giving cuddles and petting my puppy and that gives me great satisfaction that my dog is happy and in a safe environment. My pet did overnight boarding a few nights ago and came back really happy. That was a big relief for me. I see them cleaning up after the dogs and ensuring the rooms are left in a good state which is very pleasing.

They are always available on the phone to deal with any queries and although they have some teething problems with billing that I have needed to sort out, I am confident that they are addressing the issues in a timely manner and working through this in a professional way.

Love the people at my Dogtopia in Redmond. Everyone is enthusiastic and personable. I can see the coaches interact with each dog. My Izzy makes a lot of noise when she arrives for Daycare....bark bark bark, "Izzy is in the house"....

Our dog loves it at Dogtopia. He has never had a bad day there. We love that we don't have to worry about him when we drop him off, but if we are feeling a bit clingy we can watch him on the cameras for a while.

We are also so impressed with the nail trims our dog has gotten. When we've tried to do it ourselves, he was an absolute nightmare. Thank goodness the groomers at Dogtopia can do it so efficiently.

I really like the staff. I am very glad that I can watch what my kids are doing when they are there. The fact that the staff knows my kids by name makes me feel that they are being treated with extra special care.
