Clean and safe environment

Friendly staff and knowledgeable about dogs. I feel safe leaving my dog there.

On my first survey I initially submitted (erroneously) a 0 rating due to mis-information based on an assumption from a neighbor who is also a patron of dogtopia. I clicked the rating from the email not thinking my response would be submitted until I completed comments or additional questions, and I closed out of the form wanting to come back to it so I could reach out to confirm what my neighbors had told me that led to the low rating. But the 0 rating was still captured and recorded without comment. Based on that response Allison reached out last week to discuss my low rating to try to remediate the situation. I explained to her that a neighbor informed me that dogs
were left unattended on the weekend for up to 16 hours (between open and close) for the dogs that are boarded, and that was something I wanted to confirm prior to that rating being captured. Allison more than reassured me that our fur babies were not left unattended for such a long period of time when they are boarded, and walked me through the nighttime schedule for the boarded dogs and that someone arrives prior to the listed open times on the weekend. She took great care in alleviating my concerns completely and I absolutely would recommend Dogtopia to a friend. Allison more than reassured me that my dog was in GREAT hands and especially while he was boarded over the weekend. Allison, Heather, and their team are amazing and we greatly appreciate all that they do, and the phone call to address my concerns. For the daycare process, they had the most thorough and thoughtful evaluation process, and I knew my dog would be in good hands. Heather was wonderful during the evaluation and the care and thoughtfulness really showed. I apologize that the first rating was captured and this review is to correct the original 0 rating to reflect a 10 rating. Again, I would absolutely recommend Dogtopia Redmond to a friend.

Terrific staff and customer service.

Very warm and professional atmosphere with staff that obviously cares deeply for the dogs and their "parents". Very clean facility, and several rooms for dogs of different sizes and energy levels. Nice to have the webcam monitoring capability.

The only thing that would be a bonus is a closed-in outside area for dogs that like to be outdoors.

Friendly and well trained staff. Cleanliness of the facility. Close supervision of the dogs. I feel my dog is safe and enjoys herself there. Patience with me when I was patient zero with the bordatella outbreak :-).

It’s a great experience, unlike other doggy boarding or doggy day care, you can tell that the staff at Dogtopia really cares and love your furry baby! The environment is always clean and pet friendly, probably one of the best and safest place for my baby.

I love that I can watch my dog, and seeing him so incredibly excited to go to Dogtopia and run up to the handlers shows me how much fun he's having and how attached he has become to the whole staff. Even if I don't watch him on camera, his excitement to start the day there is all the proof I need that he's being well taken care of.

I loved how nice and clean, in appearance, the facility was. I also appreciate that there was no foul odors lingering about the areas in which the dogs stay/play while they are visiting for the daycare.

Super friendly and personal service. The staff and owners all love every dog in pieces and I trust they will care for my fur baby as well as I do.

Dogtopia is our pup's home away from home. We love taking him to Dogtopia Redmond because we feel at ease, we love all the people that work there, take care of him and his puppy friends, everybody is wonderful and have shown us that we can have a dog and live a busy life as many of us do today. We have groomed, boarded and taken our dog for daycare on a regular basis so I will rate all the services even up to 11...10 is not enough.

Heather and the rest of the staff were so wonderful! They listened to the concerns I had about my pup's behavior and helped place in him in the appropriate play group. This is one of the only daycares that we have encountered that takes the time to really evaluate play style and correct bad behaviors as they occur.

The staff was very welcoming, took good care of my dog and explained their policies very clearly.

All of the staff is very attentive, and we can trust that our dog will always return to us happy, tired, and well cared for. Dogtopia is a place where we can send our dog, Athena, and we don’t have to worry about her because she is in great hands with the staff.

I love how much they care about the safety of my dog. I can see, via the webcam, that they are very careful with all the dogs and watch them carefully and have someone in the room at all times with the dogs.

I love having the app to make my appts, it makes life much easier vs having to make a phone call. Nice work!

Yoda seems to have had a really good time at Dogtopia. I love that I can see him through the webcams whenever I miss him. It always helps to see him having fun playing with other dogs or getting lots of love from the staff :) The staff are really patient (with the dogs as well as the pet parents).
