Dogtopia has become Turing’s second home. Every time we arrive, he’s excited to go in, and I feel completely safe leaving him because I know he's in caring, attentive hands. The team always remembers his preferences, and I really appreciate the regular updates and photos when he boards. It does makes a huge difference when I’m traveling.

What I value most is how much Turing love staying here and if I miss him too much I'm always a peak of the cameras away, it feels like leaving him with friends who truly care about his well-being. I always recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and loving place for their dog.

The staff are great. Our dog is so excited to go that he starts pulling as soon as we get near the building to go inside and play. Thank you for taking such good care of him.

My dog absolutely loves her Dogtopia days and the staff is great. The two things that could make it better are room for the large dogs to run and shorter pick up times.

All the staff at Dogtopia Redmond are friendly, always greets us with a smile and genuinely care about dogs. I’ve been taking my puppy Stella there for about 6 months now and their service has been consistently 5 stars . From the convenient drop off and pick up experience and occasional overnight stays, everything is organized and everyone is upbeat and always so happy to welcome Stella. I also appreciate their flexibility whenever something comes up and we have to make changes to her daycare schedule, they are always able to make something work. Stella has made several furry friends and truly enjoys playing and socializing with them. She gets to burn all her puppy energy and is very tired and content when she gets home. Highly recommend Dogtopia Redmond . Thank you !

Friendly, dog-loving staff, convenient, clean facility.

We love Dogtopia Redmond for the care they have been providing our dog for the last 6 years since he was a pup.
However, we do wish the Avalon building they are located in used maybe a different cleaning product on the interior hallway since it's a slip hazard for the dogs, especially in the rain

The Redmond staff is amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful every time I drop off/pick up. Emily is especially customer service oriented and always willing to help and answer my questions. Thank you Dogtopia!

You take great care of Ripley, and let her get all that energy out. I can tell your team really cares about the dogs, and everyone is really friendly and helpful. Your flexibility on times has really helped me out in the past, too. I absolutely love you guys!

I love how friendly everyone is and how well they interact with my dog. She is very shy with strangers and has a lot of trouble opening up, but she always seems like she's having a good time when I look at the cameras. The handlers in the room always seem attentive to the dogs in the room and like they're well aware of what the dogs need and how to interact with them.

Staff is always friendly from the person who gets good boy in the morning to the person who greets us in the afternoon. We know our dog is in good hands and safe - which is the most important... along with having so much fun with friends :)

Everyone is so friendly and really seems to love dogs as much as I do. Whenever I drop my baby off, she is greeted with enthusiasm and I can see how excited my puppy is to see her human friends again. I feel comfortable leaving my baby in your care.

The staff is amazing. When my dog can't pull me fast enough into Dogtopia in the morning and she arrives and everyone gives her love, it lets me know she is safe, happy and cared for! It is clean, you have great safety protocols and you can tell that the dogs are treated well based on how well they behave with each other. I never have to worry about aggressive dogs.

One suggestion is to work on the pick-up process. There are many days when I'm waiting 20+ minutes to get her. If more could emulate the way Chris does it, I think it would help. He looks at who is in the room and also goes out the door and calls for the next couple of people in line so that those in the room can start getting the dogs ready. It speeds it up dramatically. The rest get one called and go through the full process then go to the next so if it takes 5-7 minutes per dog it is a long wait. You are the experts but I'm hoping there is a better way.

Other than that, everything is so great!

I like everything but most important my dog loves coming to daycare. He never wants to leave. I legitimately have to cary him out lol!
