I enjoyed the class very much. For someone who has been used to vinyasa flow, they may have hard time connecting to CorePower, since I haven’t seen much, but overall I’m enjoying it.

I had two amazing first sessions. I like that both instructors held poses for longer than usual making the practitioner more focus and loved the heated room. I have so far really enjoyed my CorePower and its instructors.

As someone with Long COVID, I was VERY nervous about going back to my first in-person class since the start of the pandemic - I was ashamed of my lower cardio ability and scared of not being able to keep up. But I had truly nothing to worry about. The instructor was so kind, encouraging, and provided multiple different modifications so the class would truly be accessible to people of all levels. I’ll definitely be back as I continue my recovery!

I took classes with Andrew and Cortney (subbing from the Bethesda studio). Both were excellent. The yoga sculpt classes I took were challenging and fun. Studio is clean and everyone there is friendly and welcoming.

Attending the sessions and continuing with different exercises has been a game changer for me. Attention to the latest and most current methods of different exercises, along with knowledge level of the instructors are very noticeable. The consistency, cleanliness and organization of the studio, in addition to friendly and attentive staff, and a professional environment has made this a special experience.

I like the energy of the teachers. I love the 45 minutes classes during the day - it helps me budget time between meetings when I work from home. Shoutout to Andrew Sul - his Monday 12:15 with the frozen towels with essential oils at the end is such a treat.

Love the rigorous 90-min ashtanga-style "Hot Yoga" class offered at the Tenley studio; wish it was offered more than once a month.

I love the teachers - Tori's Valkyrie sculpt class was amazing, Ameer's classes are so good, Jamie's classes are the hardest ones I do all week sometimes, etc.
I like the kind energy and the welcoming atmosphere.

The workouts are great. The guides at Tenleytown are creative and are always eager to answer questions or just talk about the practice.

I have been taking more classes at Tenley because I like the added evening class choices which allows me to select from a variety of teachers for HPF , C2 and YS . My experience has always been positive and friendly and the place is always clean with a warm , welcoming light energy.

The best studio in the area by far! It has a newer fresher vibe, parking is fairly easy, and it offers a great schedule though would love even more 45 min mid-day sculpts!

Give Victoria Le a raise! She's absolutely fantastic. One of the best instructors. She puts a lot of work into her classes to make them interesting and fun. Plus, I actually corrected some of my yoga positions because of tips she had in class. Amazing!

Meredith was awesome, great energy! The facility was so much nicer than Bethesda. Bethesda always feels dirty especially the locker rooms!

This class was phenomenal! Meredith is truly a top notch yoga guide. An excellent energy and high quality direction.
