I really love the 9am Sunday Yoga Sculpt class with Sophia-this was my first class with Core Power Yoga and she has a calm presence and good teaching style that I have continued to love.
I really enjoyed Helena C2 and sound bath class!
Only suggestion would be to have the lights dimmed,

Tenleytown CorePower was a great experience - the staff who was teaching my class asked if I'd been to that location before, and after sharing that I hadn't, she gave me a quick tour. Very friendly and a fabulous teacher, I felt very grounded after my class.
Overall my experience with Corepower has been great, though I would love some more low heat sculpt options.
