Jimita works hard to understand and meet the needs of the person you need care for. She is open to what your loved one needs and checks in to see how things are going for all involved. She is also available if an issue arises that needs to be corrected.

Every care provider has been courteous, adaptable & careful. (Susan, Olivia, Megan & a couple of others who were here only once or twice since July)
Always willing to assist with breakfast & lunch prep on days here. Careful re: handwashing.
Attentive to my physical activity & safety as I use a walker - both in-house and outdoors when I am doing daily activities & when walking for outdoor exercise weather-permitting.
Always courteous if I happen to need a reminder and supportive if I choose to change a 'routine' !

The aides are so nice and gentle with the patient and very professional. The office always confirms when the aides are coming and I feel comfortable asking the staff any questions. They are always helpful to give me the answers I need.
