Ease of scheduling!
ComForCare is the first agency to work with me to find the best care for my Mom. They understand not everyone is a good fit, especially with Alzheimer's and a rapid decline and lots of changes. I have found a core team of women and we are a team and work together. It has been fantastic and I can share my care plan and everyone follows and adds their experience for the best care of my Mom.

Professional, always kept informed if any changes. The personnel is well trained and delightful to work with.
The office staff are responsive and accommodating. Whenever I've had an issue with a particular caregiver, things have been adjusted according to my requests. Schedule changes with my regular caregiver are accomplished in a timely manner if I need to make them.
