She always arrived on time, helped my mom with household functions, and even checked on her after her shift. In addition to Stella, the office manager and nurse were always most helpful. Administrative people we dealt with were very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, several of the employees that came to help my parents were not very helpful. The good news is, out of all the people that were sent to help, we did find one that was excellent and that made the experience worthwhile. Danie is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate and truly made a difference in my mom’s situation.
