Our At Your Side caretakers provide great 24 hr care and comfort for our 98 year old mother ! They are prompt, pleasant and provide welcoming smiles and professional care during every shift. Mother welcomes them daily with a smile and feels very comfortable and confident with their ability to help her in her daily routine including dressing, meal prep, social outings, or whatever activities the day brings. She is always thankful. We are so grateful to all the special ladies that are part of our extended family now as they care for our mother like she was their own!

I have caregivers each week at the same times. We have had probably over 15 different caregivers. Many new people get lost and are late, usually about 1/2 hour. I then need to train the new person, which takes at least 15 minutes. This means I am not able to do what I want in the mornings.
I do like the caregivers and almost all are very competent.
I appreciate knowing who is coming and almost always receive a text with this information.
Other than that, I have really liked the service and already have recommended it to many people.
