Our care/respite worker, Sarai, is absolutely phenomenal. She is flexible, communicative, professional, on-time, takes initiative, and so is kind, gentle, and caring with our (non-verbal) son. She is truly a grounded, reliable, and wonderful human being and we feel very grateful that she is in our lives. In a field where this is so much turnover, it's been so encouraging to have a consistant support for our son- who is familiar with him, understands his likes/dislikes, understands how he communicates (and can infer what he's wanting or trying to tell her), and treats him with care and respect. We are so grateful to ComForCare for hiring such an incredible individual.

Support from ComForCare allows my almost 94 year old dad to continue to live independently in the independent living facility he chose for himself. It means peace of mind for me to know my dad has someone to check in on him everyday and give his meds, make sure he's had breakfast, and to just say good morning, how are you. It takes a big load off of me, and it is a positive experience for him.
