Caregivers are very good. I find it odd that they only do areas the veteran uses. For instance they clean his bathroom but not the guest bathroom, but they use the guest bathroom when they need to.???
The one item that truly sets this agency apart from others and I truly appreciate is, when the aides call off, especially in the mornings. When those occasions arise somebody is always here even if it's management, the actual company's owner somebody is there to get you up many time at the original scheduled time or within minutes after. I have dealt with a couple of Home Care Agencies...when their aides call off they spend the day calling around to their "stand by" aides who, chances are, aren't prepared to head out the door when they get the call. By the time they get themselves situated and head out the door, plus travel time getting to you, your 8 am. get up time is pushed back to times as late as 10 - 10:30 am. or possibly later. I have yet to experience that with this agency....

I am able to have the same experienced care takers on a regular basis. They are usually able to find a replacement care taker if someone has to cancel last minute. The office is quick to respond to me questions and requests.

ComFor Care is awesome!!! They help both of my parents who are in their mid 90’s. My parents love the caregivers that come out and take them places.
After trying several caregivers, we have landed on two very competent and delightful young ladies to help my Mom day to day. They communicate well with me, and they have figured out what my Mom does and doesn’t need help with, and they are working out VERY well. In addition, there is good communication between the company and me when the caregivers are in need of a day off, and the company is helpful in getting an occasional replacement when needed. All in all I would highly recommend ComForCare!

The experience going through having to have someone come in to help a love one is stressful. The ComForCare staff from the beginning have listened to our needs and the flexibility in scheduling along with the type of care that we received from all the staff from orientation to the way the caretakers have made it easier for us to return to our normal life again. I would give them a call if you have a need for a caregiver or if you have any questions just call everybody that I have spoken to have been friendly and helpful.
