The care my dad receives from Rosa, his regular caregiver, is both caring and compassionate. Despite the many health challenges he faces, Rosa has become a friend to him, and that means so much to our family. It is important to know that he feels valued as a person and not simply like a task for a staff member to complete.
My experience with everyone at Comport Care has been very positive. The entire team demonstrates a genuine concern for helping others and meeting the needs of the families they serve. They are also very accommodating when adjustments to the schedule are needed, such as for doctor’s appointments, and we truly appreciate their flexibility and willingness to help.

That you don't bother me
Your weekend girls need a lot more training about what they do
and how to do it. Mostly they are in a hurry to get out of the apartment.
Our Caregiver has been excellent so far. She is very caring and kind to my Mother, and clearly has experience working with dementia patients. Even though she is only with us a small amount of time each week, she is able to retain the information she learns about my Mom's situation and build on it each time she returns. Communication has been good even when needing to adjust the schedule.
Because of Comforcare i am living in my home. I have been with Comforcare since January of 2025. The company was referred to me by a professional who assists seniors in finding the best living options for their needs. Comforcare came to my rehab and had me set up with the services I would need on the day I came home. Because of Comforcare I feel happy, safe and well cared for. I have recommended Comforcare to friends. I’ve been blessed with the same caregiver almost exclusively, we have devolved a special loving bond. Any issues I have had from schedule changes to care need changes have been handled promptly by a friendly and caring staff. In the time I have been with the company I have expressed some concerns (not complaints) and they were taken care of promptly and professionally.
