The staff is wonderful. They are very open to request and special needs. They are very accommodating and flexible. They all do an amazing job in sometimes trying circumstances.

Everyone is very helpful. The aids are very caring.
The caregivers are wonderful. When we had a caregiver that my father did not like, they had a new one the next night who was so warm and friendly. I am able to sleep at night knowing that he is cared for by people who truly care about him.
Communication is a 10/10, Staff is knowledgeable and resourceful. The provider is also a 10/10 for communication and care provided!

I like feeling like part of a family not just an employee. The staff is extremely helpful if I have a question or need anything to better care for my clients. They also help with scheduling if I need day off. I have worked for Comforcare for going on 9 years and have never thought of changing jobs. My boss is very caring about the seniors in our care and also for the employees. Comforcare is also employee involved in charities, walks for several causes and being there for each other. The pay is good and based on your skills. All said, Comforcare is a great place to work.

I enjoy the professionalism and courteous exchanges I’m able to have with the CNA’s and the staff. I feel safe, seen and heard by all but especially by the ComForCare Home Care staff.
They go above and beyond to your resolve your concerns. They never make you feel like you’re a burden and more than anything, they understand the challenges veterans maneuver routinely with the VA.
I have been blessed by being with them for over three years. They are flexible and have made emergency changes on my behalf at a moments notice. They have been my life string for the past 4 years.
I would and do highly recommend this agency. They understand the language of the VA. “Hurry Up and wait!” Their turn around time/respond time is immediate.

People show up to work with a few exceptions
The kindness and dedication we have experienced with ComForCare in providing wonderful care givers for my mother. The communication is great. If we need anything we know we can call at anytime and they will respond. We have never had to use this type of service before and Chad made us comfortable from the first time we met him. We trust them with providing care for our loved one. Highly recommend.
