As a long-term customer, I am very satisfied with the quarterly pest control service which includes fire ant treatment. I may go years without seeing a bug in my home! I am also comfortable with the termite bond. The mosquito treatment however, does not seem to be adequately effective. I have reported this and Arrow was excellent about scheduling re-treatment which I appreciate. However, I still feel mosquito bites during the very limited time I am outdoors- just to refill my bird feeder and water the few plants on my patio. I am afraid I will have to reconsider this service next season. Thank you. Name removed
