Helpful staff--prompt delivery. I called with a question about my bill and also when I could expect a delivery. The system was down (Lady on phone was very apologetic) and I said I would call back later not a problem. A few hours later a delivery truck pulled into my drive and my phone rang--it was the Lady calling to tell me the system was up and if I looked I would see the truck was there. She also answered my billing question. I did not expect her call and was very happy with her friendly professional Knowledgeable manner. Thank you for the service!

I'm a propane customer who has been with Superior for going on 20 years. During this time, I have never been without propane nor have I had to call to get a delivery. With the new satellite antennae on the tank, they know when I'm in need of a delivery! No complaints when I have had to call for whatever reason. The office staff has always been courteous and ready to help and answer any questions.
