Superior PLus has consistently been reliable in tracking our usage allowing us to trust that we will always have sufficient propane to meet our needs. We do have budget billing that makes it easier for us to not pay high cost of individual refills. $$$
I like dealing with Townsend Propane far more than Superior. Townsend has always been responsive to my needs and I can talk with an actual local person. They are awesome. Superior interactions have been via email, website, non personal, etc etc and seemingly never accurate on billing issues. I tolerate Superior only bc of Townsend!
Always prompt courteous service. We like to use the option of paying for a quantity of propane for the year so we don't have to worry about getting a bill during the year.
I have always received good customer service. The phone is answered timely. My billing person has always been nice. When I ran out of oil someone was sent right over.
