I love that our delivery driver knows our usage. When we thought we had a leak it turned out to be a low tank and when our driver came out to refill our tanks he was surprised that we had gone through so much propane as it wasn't normal for us. I know it sounds silly but it felt like he was our neighbor. Basically, we enjoy the personal touch.
