Easy company to work with. I have never ran out of fuel and with the propane level monitors located on the tanks, it's a win-win to make sure I don't run out. The girls in the office have always been great if I have had to call for any reason. Cannot complain about Superior Plus and have been a satisfied customer for over 20 years now.
I've always been happy with the services your company provides. Any time I contact your office your representative is friendly and helpful. Deliveries are always done efficiently. The only item that I would prefer is to know how many gallons are used and how many are left on our pre-buy plan. Having to go to the site and look up the bill to find out we don't owe anything is inconvenient.
