Propane is delivered timely. Drivers are friendly. Customer service staff in Wyoming, NY office are knowledgeable and always ready to help. If applicable they are prompt with call back.
I appreciate being able to be on automatic delivery, my last provider I had to call each time for a fill and sometimes we would actually run out and it was awful, even when I called at the recommended level. I like that after I got behind last year I was still able to pay up my balance and sign up for budget plan with automatic payments.
