While pricing is always an issue, the service culture of the Superior staff we have interacted with has been excellent. Office staff is always wiling to listen and provide thorough explanations. A service tech visited several weeks ago, at our request, to check for possible leaks, inasmuch as we have been using the service for approx 30 years. He was friendly and thorough. Thank you!

Been with Superior Plus/Griffith for 23 years, and have always found their staff to be friendly and responsive.
Love the wireless monitor they installed on the propane tank so that there is always a watchful eye on the propane level at the office level for when a fill is needed. I can check the tank level from my computer, eliminating my need to go out in inclement weather to check. Not having to call each time a fill is needed is a real convenience.
