I've never run out of propane. And the customer service ladies have always been nice and helpful.
You did deliver the propane in the time frame promised. I was shocked by the increase in price but realize there is little that can be done about that.

Friendly office staff provides top-notch customer service. Delivery drivers are friendly and respectful of property. Company uses technology to monitor automatic deliveries, and deliveries are on a schedule that does not allow the tank to get too low. Fuel prices are fair. Love that their pre-buy program is for year-round deliveries, and not just for half of a year.

Price and delivery
Dependable. Not happy with price increase on the pre buy
