I was very pleased with the repairs done to replace the faulty regulator that was causing problems to be able to finally have heat and to be able to use my stove. The only thing I wish is that the price of propane would be more affordable. But just to say I have been with this company for years and will remain with them, hopefully propane will become more affordable in time.

Superior Propane has come through again. Had a few issues with a system switch over. Everyone from the company : office staff, schedulers, site guys and delivery. Always find a way to make things happen.
Your company has always been there for us. We don't have to worry about running out of fuel. It seems everytime I start asking myself about how much fuel we have left in the tank. Your company shows up and fills our tank. I mean sometimes in the dead of winter with 5 ft or more of snow on the ground. The winds howling and its real cold out there. Your employees are real hero's to my wife and I. They are always courteous and will take the time to explain what they are doing.

why do i have to get a delivery when i do not need it?
delivery of 15 gallons is terrible as far as a cost factor.

The staff is great, never had a problem with collection, just wish I could get every two weeks instead of weekly. I hardly fill my tote, just one bag, and I am having trouble getting my tote and recycle blue box. It’s going to be extra hard when we get snow. I am elderly and having some trouble walking.

I don't have to worry about running out of propane that has happened with the previous company. I had to call twice to get an emergency supply in winter when I had custody of my younger grandson. It was awful when the house got very cold. Thank you for your consistent refills so we don't have to worry about be without heat.
