The lady I talked to was very responsive and sent a delivery truck out right away. As luck would have it he was just up the road and was there in 10 minutes. Did a good job and was very personable. He leak checked the system and restarted the furnace and hot water tank. The only negative was that the on-line tank showed that I was at 32% when in actuality it was totally empty. I think this may have been due to the fact that this was an estimate based most likely on last year's consumption. It was very warm last fall and I didn't use the furnace until later. It might be a good idea to put a note on the website telling customers that tank level is an estimate and tell them to also check the gauge on the tank if they suspect they have used the furnace more than the past year.
Your service is great but it seems the rates are really high. I may have to look around next year for a better rate. Our last fill was around 500 dollars.
