I was very concerned when on a whim I checked the tank gage and found that I was in the red zone. About 18%. I called, explained my problem. A very courteous and helpful lady said they are currently scheduling deliveries in ten days. She went on to day she'd marked the work older indicating red zone and the delivery would be expedited. Two days later I received a fill up by a friendly man. Can't ask for any better service.

The deliveries are very prompt, even during emergency times. The delivery person is always very friendly providing advice about strategizing with smart usage and delivery requests. The office staff is very helpful and always provide the best service.

I don't have to worry about running out of propane that has happened with the previous company. I had to call twice to get an emergency supply in winter when I had custody of my younger grandson. It was awful when the house got very cold. Thank you for your consistent refills so we don't have to worry about be without heat.
