This was my first time using propane in my new house. They were extremely professional and helpful over the phone setting up my account. It took about 2 business days from my initial call, to the time they came and installed the tanks behind my house. The two guys who came were very kind, knowledgeable and helpful since it was my first time ever using propane. I would highly recommend them to anybody in the future.
I never have to worry about running out of propane and the delivery guy is so appreciative. He even left a note in the winter thanking me for having a path shoveled to the tanks and having the snow cleaned off of them.

Prompt response to request for propane and courtesy..
When we ran out of propane, you were very prompt in coming to the house and refilling our tank and also checking to make sure there was not a leak.
They usually come without me calling but this time I called because the tank was running low and they came within 3 days. Which was within time. But then I got 3 reminders to pay my bill after only one day, which I found to be strange. My wife does pay by check, but the post office isn’t Amazon Prime! with next day delivery. The check is in the mail. The service is great, no problems since I signed on 2019. The delivery guy is tops. Just the facts!

Good price and delivery is excellent.
I talked to a very helpful employee about needing a top up on my propane used for an emergency generator. Superior tries to wait until tanks are far lower than ours but this nice woman made it happen for us since we’ll be traveling and need to know the generator can keep running in a major power loss. The phone app is also useful to keep track of propane levels and pay invoices.
