Serviceman was here to check out the propane for the pool. It was low so he ordered some delivered next day.and the next day it was here. I never got service like that from the other company we had and I really appreciated that good service.

I called last week to discuss locking in my propane price for next year I was told someone would get back to me. Not hearing from anyone I called back later the next day and was told they were very busy but someone would get back to me. Nothing on Thursday or Friday??? Maybe

To set up my service I had a visit from (Matt?). He was incredibly thorough, performing leak checks and getting my system running. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was right before the tanks were filled. I really appreciate this from both a performance and safety perspective. The propane delivery happened right on time, and as scheduled, the very next day. The online system is easy to navigate and all the information I need to manage my account is available.

I have been using the app for a while and it’s easy to navigate. I like that I can order propane after hours. I still periodically call the office and like that I quickly get to speak with a person.
wish driver would remember to leave delivery ticket and return envelope every time he made a delivery!
