Your staff are terrific. The man who came to check the tanks for leaks was very thorough and knowledgeable; and the young man who came to make the delivery was helpful in explaining about the tanks themselves.

Very good customer service
My propane deliveries are always prompt. I never run out. My home was kept nice and warm this winter on the coldest days. Whenever I call the office , I'm always assisted by very personable and knowledgeable staff.

I’ve never had an issue with this company. Any time I’ve had to call about anything the ladies who answer the phone are professional, and polite. Drivers are top notch, always pleasant when they deliver. Honestly I don’t worry about checking the tank, or about deliveries they just happen. Top notch people all the way around.

I do wish that more discounts were afforded seniors who live on social security. There should be cap on what seniors are billed. Plus go back to yearly furnace maintenance.
We have never had any problems, the driver is always polite, careful of our property and calls when he's on the way

I would prefer to talk with someone in person to pay my bills. Over the phone or online are not as secure in my opinion.
