The customer service was very good. I ordered LP for a rental house, and the tank was almost empty. The rep called the dispatcher to tell him to send the delivery sooner rather than later, if possible. I had it in 2 days..
The one thing I am not happy about is the price. $5.40 a gallon? Yikes.
I needed updates and larger tanks. I got a complete "run around"" by my long time propane company, sending my project back a couple of weeks. So I looked for a new one and found you guys! All the people I have talked with from you company have been knowledgeable and very helpful. The fellow who come to discuss our situation was especially informative and very nice. Service and delivery timing has never been an issue, and the customer service and personel are always friendly and have a great attitude.
However, the prices continue to increase and are not as favorable as past years, and having to argue for a cheaper price, after being a customer for almost 20 years, is a bit disturbing.
I don't have to worry about heat, hot water, drying my laundry, or cooking my food, my propane tank is never empty

Service was Great after Bill Tennant looked at tank & installed a new one to be sure it was a problem. He checked stove and knew what the problem was & connected with the repairman to fix it. repairman called and appointment was scheduled for Monday July 14.
I like that deliveries are done as needed. We are utilizing the pre-payment plan. One thing that I find annoying is that I receive notices on my phone that I have an invoice ready to view. Please remove me from the text list for these notices. I prefer to get all notices as emails only. Otherwise, we are very happy with Superior Plus Propane. Tthank you so much for great service!
