Apart from the brand new facility, I love how it's a very open area through clear glass windows by the lobby/reception. I can see the dogs are very happy there and the staff love their jobs. The staff care that all dogs are kept in the playroom for most part of the day and that the dogs are not kept in crates except for nap times and evenings.

Paying a flat fee that includes dogs in open play for most of the day is excellent, other places charge an extra fee. This is what I like most about the services.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff!

Friendly, knowledgeable, caring staff. Beautiful and clean environment. Our rescue dog's used to playing with one dog at a time, but this was her first experience with a group of dogs. The staff were able to ease her into things by first introducing one-on-one with a few dogs, then rotate dogs in the large room until she was settled. By the end of the day she was happily romping and ready for sleep. They have web-cams so you can even take a look through the day to see how your pet is doing.

From the meet and greet to current, everyone at Dogtopia has been amazing and couldn't ask for a better staff! Everything they do for Mikka during the day makes my life so much easier and the fact that i can watch what's going on via live Webcam is even better! She comes back so tired that she just plops down and stays quiet all night :)

I love the friendly greeting and efficiency of pick-up/drop-off. After a long day it's not a chore to make one more stop as I look forward to the welcome back staff. I feel and see my dog is cared for. The staff is affectionate while managing many dogs professionally and effortlessly. I love the webcam access because sometimes I just miss him or want to see what he is up to. He comes home happy, healthy and tired! It's been a great fit.

Dogtopia of Dublin is a great new place for caring for our beloved pets. Great location and great staff. We took a tour and evaluation meet and greet. They evaluate your pet and interaction with current dogs in their care. Its a great way to make sure they will be safe and well cared for.
