I like the indoor facilities, and that they have filtered air separated for each room. So I know that it’s really unlikely she will get sick from another dog, and with the smoke in the air from the fires I’m glad she’s inside not exposed to that. The staff is super great and always excited to see her which I appreciate because I know she is in good hands.

Clean facility, friendly staff, convenient location from work, ability to view the play areas so I can check my dog. I just wish you have a report card or something similar (maybe notes on the app?) to tell me about my dog’s behavior, if he ate and how much, if he played and made friends, something like that.

The staff is friendly to both dogs and people. My dog is always happy and tired when she leaves Dogtopia. I like that I can drop her for daycare and also have her get a bath (one less stop for me).

The COVID curbside drop off and pick up service is very convenient. I also like on the website one can send message to give your staff the time frame I would arrive.
Being able to view how my dog is doing during daycare is wonderful and reassuring.

The staff is amazing and they make our dog Buster feel very loved. We can tell Buster loves Dogtopia by his excited reaction in our car every time we pull up to the facility.
The facility is always clean and never has an odor in the air.
We feel very comfortable boarding Buster at our Dogtopia knowing he is safe and in very good hands with their excellent trained staff.
Our Buster is happy after boarding stays, during play days and that says it all.

Safe clean and fun! Indoor play in a climate controlled room is especially essential right now bit even in general this means playtime all year round which is awesome! Staff is amazing and with the curbside pick up and drop off and new online system with fabulous cameras what more could any dog parent ask for!

we love the cleanliness and the attention that each of the pups gets when going to dogtopia. we also love how each dog is carefully vetted before being allowed to attend, so we always feel safe dropping our dog off. we also really appreciate the flexible drop off and pick up times.

All of the staff always take such good care of Ally when she visits. We also find the drop off and pick up is easy and appreciate this last visit being able to pick Ally up during a time that’s not a normal pick up time.

They get to know the personalities of all the dogs. There are very few people I would trust to leave her with but I completely trust Dogtopia at Dublin

INCREDIBLE staff and amazing service. They did a doggy birthday celebration that was amazing and gave us a photo of our dog. The webcam allows us to see our dog, and everyone was extremely professional, caring, and hardworking.
