I have worked with Cindy McDonald on several occasions. I consistently feel that her concern for me is genuine, not patronizing, and she has been instrumental with helping me navigate policy coverage that I poorly understood. I trust her expertise and really appreciate the patience she has shown me in the last several encounters. My husband who normally handled all things insurance, passed away suddenly a couple of years ago and Cindy has walked me through all the things I needed to do and know now that I'm in a different place. Just awesome.
