Let me first say that I don't truly understand the insurance industry but know enough to know I need their help and service. So far, I have been assisted with kind, courteous people whenever I have called. My only concern was that someone said they would call me when my policies were coming up for renewal last year to discuss any possible changes and they did not and I totally forgot about it until after they had already renewed. So now I make a note on my calendar and make my own call/s. I do like the fact that they are a broker for several companies, or were when I established our account. I hope that does not change.
