One thing to consider - please consider informing the customer where the bike will be coming from (i.e. through the parking lot, etc.) and how long it might take. It felt like employees who were working really hard were coming in and out of the building (up and down the stairs) but no bikes were coming out. Had we known to expect the bike would come from another area, we might have been less concerned.
Otherwise - outstanding service!
I already recommended a friend of mine! He came to get a new wheel for his 1by crankset! Isaac did an outstanding job sourcing a wheel for me and with the amazing install! The whole team is very friendly, I highly recommend going.
