i could book an appointment for day and time. I also booked the level of tune that was appropriate for my needs. The staff welcomed me at the door and held open the door while I brought my bike into the store. The mechanic put it up on the rack and tested it to see the parts were working. The staff also said if there was a small part of $30 or less they would cover the cost .A nice gesture. I appreciate their expert level of bike repair and tune ups.
When I pick up my bike they will reset my Garmin and I will be good to ride.
The store has a wide range of bike apparel, accessories, nutrition choices. The have bikes for sale including ebikes. The location is convenient with parking in front of the store and behind the store.
When my bike is ready they will call me to come and pick it up. I was given a receipt for the cost and will pay when I pick it up. That works for me.
I would definitely recommend Evolution Cycles. The staff are all bike riders so they understand the importance of a well tuned bike. Thank you for your dedicated service. I will be back.

I've known Mike since he opened the shop and he's very approachable. Had booked for bikefit and he was very knowledgeable with the setup. So far, the adjustment he made has greatly improved the comfort while riding the bike.

The service was excellent! I brought my bike first thing in the morning due to a tubeless tire that wasn’t seated. I wish I got the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was extremely helpful, professional and consulted the areas that needed to be addressed. Less than 30 Minutes later, I my tires had fresh sealant with everything addressed. I was out of the store with a fixed bike and was able to do a ride later that day.
