Great teachers....wonderful exercise

Romy's C2 class is amazing! She pushes you to go beyond what you think you're capable of and always gives 100% every class. I love the heated rooms at Woodbury. Everyone is very friendly.

I love the community!

My only suggestion is when the instructor asks if you are willing to be adjusted. I am, but I have neck issues and am nervous they will travel to the neck. How would you suggest I communicate this? To every instructor before class? Is there a better way since they are checking in guest?

Yoga is something very new to me but I have felt welcome right away thanks to the instructors and the space and the other people taking classes! There are closer Corepower locations to where I live but I’ve had a really great experience at Woodbury so I make the drive!

Would recommend some more variety in Sculpt classes so it doesn’t become boring

I love sculpt class!!! I have never been pushed so hard in a workout, and I love the feeling of accomplishment I get when the class is over. It’s not only a great workout, but also a great stress reliever.

Love, love hot yoga!

I love the heat and the variety of classes, instructors and locations. I really enjoy taking Mary's hot yoga class, she calls it expertly and challenges me while also letting me know that wherever I am is where I'm supposed to be. I love the adjustment instructions she provides. For example when I took her class last Sunday she was telling us to "push through your 2nd toe" and it was the littlest thing that made the biggest difference.

Corepower is a great place to practice yoga. The instructors I’ve had were very helpful in positions since I haven’t practiced for awhile. Will be back.

I love Corepower! I go to the Woodbury location and am very pleased with the service there, as well as incredible instructors! The manager, Romy takes care of her clients and teaches a killer class, all with a smile on her face!

The facility is always clean - which is important to me. The staff is friendly; the studios are good size; parking is good. The only thing that would be nice is if the women's changing room was designed better. It gets very cramped in there, especially after a big class! Other than that, all is good!

I choose to go to the Woodbury location over other Corepower locations because of all of this! I rate them a 10 out of 10!

Love the classes and instructors. However, sometimes there are way too many people packed into the studio at a time.

Jesse is AMAZING!!! Love any chance I can get to a YS at 10:30am on Fridays. It’s always a guarantee to get an amazing work out when I’m in her class !!

I really enjoy the C2 and Sculpt classes. When I attend classes consistently, I feel like I am in the best shape of my life. (And that is saying something at my age!)
