Love the variety of your C2 classes!

The atmosphere is welcoming for all fitness levels and the teachers are motivating and friendly. The sessions are challenging in a good way. I simply love how I feel afterwards.

Power sculpt is a great workout. Upbeat music and instructor with lots of energy and challenges.

I really enjoy the wonderful Yoga Sculpt and C2 instructors. They are friendly and welcoming before, during and after class. Several instructors made a point to learn my name after I attended their classes just a couple of times. They are knowledgable and supportive during class. I get a great workout, and feel really good when I am done.

I also appreciate the frequency of daytime weekday classes. My current work schedule allows me to take a break and get in a workout during the day - my first choice is a Yoga Sculpt or C2 class, both of which are readily available every day in Woodbury. Thank you!

Corepower Woodbury is a fantastic yoga studio! The teachers are amazing spirit guides in your yoga practice/journey. The studio is managed by Romy, who is truly an incredible woman! She teaches with compassion, positive energy, knowledge and love! And, her staff follow her lead! From a business standpoint, Romy keeps the retail area, classrooms and locker rooms clean (which I greatly appreciate). You walk in and feel the great energy that she has created! Awesome staff, beautiful facility, great community!

I really like Core Power Yoga; I just do Hot Yoga but have tried the Yoga Sculpt class. They have many yoga clothes, mats, etc. for sale. The instructors that I have had are very educated and do a great job.

Love the studio and all instructors I’ve had so far have been awesome.

Romy's C2 class is amazing! She pushes you to go beyond what you think you're capable of and always gives 100% every class. I love the heated rooms at Woodbury. Everyone is very friendly.

I love the community!

My only suggestion is when the instructor asks if you are willing to be adjusted. I am, but I have neck issues and am nervous they will travel to the neck. How would you suggest I communicate this? To every instructor before class? Is there a better way since they are checking in guest?

Yoga is something very new to me but I have felt welcome right away thanks to the instructors and the space and the other people taking classes! There are closer Corepower locations to where I live but I’ve had a really great experience at Woodbury so I make the drive!
