I love your yoga sculpt classes. My only complaint is that sometimes certain instructors have the music so loud it is very difficult to hear the instructor. Turning the music down just a bit would help immensely!

So friendly & welcoming at the front desk (I’m from out of town). Super clean studio and the flow class was amazing (a little too hot a times, but the teacher made it perfectly clear to rest in child’s pose if needed, which is what I did).
I love the class variety and the instructor I had for my first ever yoga class. With being my first class I was very nervous not knowing if I would be able to keep up. The instructor. (Cameron) was amazing at demonstrating and keeping the whole class engaged. The instructor alone is the reason I will join CorePower. This was an amazing experience that was more than just a yoga class!

The atmosphere is welcoming for all fitness levels and the teachers are motivating and friendly. The sessions are challenging in a good way. I simply love how I feel afterwards.

CorePower Woodbury is a phenomenal place! All of the instructors are friendly, energetic, and impeccably motivating. They push you to find your edge and use your practice to find release and freedom in your day to day life.
Power sculpt is a great workout. Upbeat music and instructor with lots of energy and challenges.
I really enjoy the wonderful Yoga Sculpt and C2 instructors. They are friendly and welcoming before, during and after class. Several instructors made a point to learn my name after I attended their classes just a couple of times. They are knowledgable and supportive during class. I get a great workout, and feel really good when I am done.
I also appreciate the frequency of daytime weekday classes. My current work schedule allows me to take a break and get in a workout during the day - my first choice is a Yoga Sculpt or C2 class, both of which are readily available every day in Woodbury. Thank you!

Corepower Woodbury is a fantastic yoga studio! The teachers are amazing spirit guides in your yoga practice/journey. The studio is managed by Romy, who is truly an incredible woman! She teaches with compassion, positive energy, knowledge and love! And, her staff follow her lead! From a business standpoint, Romy keeps the retail area, classrooms and locker rooms clean (which I greatly appreciate). You walk in and feel the great energy that she has created! Awesome staff, beautiful facility, great community!

I really like Core Power Yoga; I just do Hot Yoga but have tried the Yoga Sculpt class. They have many yoga clothes, mats, etc. for sale. The instructors that I have had are very educated and do a great job.
Love the studio and all instructors I’ve had so far have been awesome.

Any class that First name removed Harding does is wonderful! I love her awareness and acceptance of body differences and capabilities. I love her Hot 90. I know that I will feel good when I'm done.
