My husband and I live The many class options and the teachers.
Only room for improvement would be that a few teachers at Woodbury run the classes dangerously hot. My husband has had to go to Grand for many classes because the heat is too high in Woodbury even though he likes the teachers. We have both been going to the Woodbury studio since it opened and still take classes in both locations.
A really deep cleaning of the locker rooms at both of these locations would be appreciated.

It was a bit packed in there… Do you have a limit for the room? I felt like you could absolutely fit no one else in there. I really couldn’t get a full stretch. How do you watch for maximums?

Any class that First name removed Harding does is wonderful! I love her awareness and acceptance of body differences and capabilities. I love her Hot 90. I know that I will feel good when I'm done.
At Core Power I always feel welcome. All the instructors are friendly and encouraging. I keep my bag packed in the car and the variety of class times makes it easy to drop in even last minute.
