My instructors have all been very nice and supportive of the progress that I have made during my time at this CorePower location. They even have come to know my name and are genuinely welcoming - even for 6am classes when I’m not sure I’m even awake enough to be there. :) The classes are all unique and have provided me with a wide variety of poses as well as more self confidence in my abilities.

extreme heat and humidity for stretching and destressing in hot yoga and HPF and the added intensity the heat and humidity add to the sculpt classes. Woodbury has the best sculpt instructors with intensity and speed and fun.
