My only complaint is no accessories like,
towels, Mats, hand towels, to take advantage of when sales come along

I have been going to Core Power Yoga for several years, usually just taking Hot Yoga but have tried Hot Power Fusion and like that as well. The instructors are very nice and are very good at what they do. I am always trying to find new people to try out Core Power.

I like the facts that classes are scheduled thru every day of the week from early morning.
I also like the fact that core power yoga provides heated rooms.

Jasmine and Alyssa are fantastic instructors. Very positive and challenging classes. Great heat in rooms. Facility is kept very clean.

Great work out however the instructor needs to wear a microphone because no one could hear her.

The studio is very clean. All of the cpy team members were super friendly, and the instructor was so encouraging during the class. The class seemed a little crowded, so not sure if it was overbooked or people just didn’t know how to space. But I didn’t mind and would have appreciated being let in if I was later to arrive, instead of being turned away. Keep bringing people in and letting us get comfortable being a group again!

Instructors are detailed, observant of individuals needs, take time to check in and fun.

I love going to CPY and have been attending your hot classes for over 10 years now. I go to Woodbury and Grand Ave mainly. The instructors are great. Couple suggestions.. People go to hot because they enjoy the heat. Please ensure the room is hot. Also, the amount of talking by most instructors could be reduced. A nonstop flow of words isn’t necessary. It’s actually a bit stressful to have no break from their voice.

Instructor was excellent and set a good pace. Room was nice and hot. Masks are not required.

Good teachers,heat,challenging classes

My instructors have all been very nice and supportive of the progress that I have made during my time at this CorePower location. They even have come to know my name and are genuinely welcoming - even for 6am classes when I’m not sure I’m even awake enough to be there. :) The classes are all unique and have provided me with a wide variety of poses as well as more self confidence in my abilities.

I love the teachers, the welcoming environment and the community of Core Power!
