Very clean facility and excellent instructor

The instructors are energetic, knowledgeable, and are easy to follow during class. They encourage the class to modify their exercises based on what they are comfortable with or what they can do. The instructors and other students make new people feel welcomed. I like the variety of classes and the instructors. The studio is clean and well organized. I like the variety of weights provided. It is obvious that the instructors have prepared for their classes. Having friendly and outgoing instructors made me, as a new member, feel comfortable and excited to come back. I greatly appreciate the studio and am glad I gave it a try.

Studio was clean, staff are friendly and welcoming and the class was the perfect temp!

The teachers are great. The studio is located on a lake with a beautiful walking path so you get yoga plus everytme.

Love the C2 classes with a message and candles. Miss the C2 class on Saturday that Scarlett taught.

After taking several months off, walking back into CPY was like getting a big hug from an old friend! Angel, the best Sculpt teacher ever, enthusiastically greeted me by name right when I walked in, which surprised and comforted me that she remembered me! The class was amazing, as always! I left feeling inspired, grounded, thankful, and vowed to come back more for the self care and positive energy!!!

I love how consistent the classes are between instructors and locations. There are so many studios in the MPLS area, and it's great to know what to expect when I walk into any class that works with my schedule!

Darcy was an incredible teacher. His voice was calm and soothing, his plan for the class was easy to follow but challenging, and his instructions and tips were focused and helpful.
