Lap pool temperature is excellent for swimmers. Clean locker room but chilly in the winter!
November 1st, 2024 was my first 1 on 1 personal training session with Dana Nay at the Northumberland YMCA and have had a few since. She has been extremely helpful, very friendly and makes me feel welcomed when I walk into the weight room. She has introduced me to some of the other gym members and that all has really helped me continue to show up for myself and feel welcomed.
