Lots of options for classes and plenty of work out machines.
Your pleasant workers who always greet you and say goodbye. The indoor track which I walk 2-3 miles per day. The many machines and weights we have to choose from. The YMCA help available in the main room. The classes, swimming pools etc I haven't really tried. I also love the wonderful friendships I have made with other YMCA participants. They carry over to other places we like in common and our homes as guests..

My husband and I love the Silver Sneakers classes. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. We have made a lot of friends. We love it there.

I love the classes, especially the line dance on Sunday morning. I wish you could have it during the week after 6:00 pm also. I like the in house locks and the staff there is the very best. The machines are clean and the whole establishment as a whole is very clean. I am so glad to be able to go the my YMCA.
Really like the group exercise classes, in particular, spinning and body pump. Very good instructors and participants who work hard and have fun. Hope to see more people join in these activities as the benefits are significant.

My son was terrified of the water when he started his private lessons with Mr Dan. Now we visit the pool 4-5 days a week. He takes the swim test and spends his time in the deep water. The lessons were affordable, convenient. The pool is clean and staff knowledgeable and alert! We also referred our cousins and their daughter and a friend are now swim champs.
