I enjoy the variety of Silver Sneakers classes. The instructors are professional and very well trained.

My daughter loves participating in the Home School program and the Volleyball classes and Rite Hite Family YMCA. The kids are all very nice and supportive and the teachers really try to give an enjoyable yet educational.

The program moves children along at their pace. My only issue is not getting control of the younger children. If the instructor is working with one child the other children should be paying attention.

Everything we love the YMCA

I use the pool to swim laps, the weight room, and stationary bikes. I appreciate the variety of activities that the YMCA has to offer. My sons loved the basketball courts when they were younger.

I've only vistied a few times, but I like the hours of operation, the ability to gains access anytime I choose. I like the indoor track which gives me comfort in walking still during the winter months and contiuning my excersize program. The swim area is very benificial for me as well due to the fact that I can't excersize normally, which causes excess pain to my joints. Water excersize makes excersing easier for me.

we like the machines in the wellness center

I love the workout I get with the Silver Sneakers program. I just wish it was earlier in the day -- say 10:00 instead of the middle of the day. It's also very crowded, sometimes as many as 40 people attend. It might be wise to offer it more often.
