I enjoy that you have so many things to do for people of all ages.

At present I take the Silver Sneakers class four days per week. After class some of us have coffee and chat. Both the exercise classes and the socialization are great.

I have gone to water aerobics on MWF on and off for many years! Still love it!

We have always found programs we wanted to participate in. Plenty of opportunities to enlist. Front desk most helpful.

Newer workout machines with wrist band and very useful.

I was impressed with the gym circuit counselor who introduced me to it. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He also helped me with a bike. I look forward to returning.
