Everyone there is SO NICE! Helpful on the equipment and just generally speaking very friendly. I have used Miles Jett as my trainer for several months now. He is knowledgeable, kind, helpful and really listens and addresses your physical issues.
I just use the pool.

I like the Zumba classes and I wish they had more in the afternoon.
I love swimming in the Schroeder pool.
It is clean, comfortable, and has lots of friendly people.
Cindy, the lifeguard is fabulous.
One thing that bothers me is the rear parking lot. I always park there when I go swimming, but am annoyed by the people who go the wrong way . There is a oneway arrow on the ground on the lane closest to the building but no sign is up reinforcing this. Is this supposed to be oneway street? I have almost been hit several times going into the Y by people driving the opposte way in that lane.

We are retired and have no family members going to our Y. They live out of town. Sorry. We enjoy spin class and Egym.
How clean and committed everything is the staff is always friendly the classes are great so grateful to have been led to this place and I often make mention of how great a place it is to get a good workout 😀

I really enjoy attending the senior’s exercise classes Silver Sneakers at 1:00 with Kim! I also like the fitness machines. I would love you to bring back a Silver Sneakers yoga clas.
Our early morning pool group =
“The Y-Club Morning Glories” is a great, fun way to start our days. We have a self directed social director who has established a group list of participant’s information. She then arranges birthday parties for each member with a very creative theme that illuminates their personality!
Also, we are a great self help resource and support group for many problems/situations.
We also have occasional “breakfast” outings at Chucks in Theinsville.

The availability…the friendly and helpful staff. The length of the programs.
They have classes for all people and their level of mobility. Instructors are friendly. Free coffe is another plus for socializing after a class.
