All of the Silver Sneakers classes have been very benefical to me and my husband. The instructors are very eficient, well trained, pleasant and dedicated. I thank them for all their effort. We also use the wellness center and feel we are in much better health because of it. Wish the track could be longer, but it works. We use it when the weather phohibits outdoor walking.

The people are friendly, I have made many friends while being a member. We get together outside the Y also.
I like having the opportunity to do group fitness becuase I'm more motivated when exercising with others. I wish there were more early morning options. Overall, I like the Les Mils classes and the yoga, as well as the pilates and cardio fusion classes.
every thing is good except no one is watching the young kids messing with weight lifting machines or pull and push machines in the central area. Parents are there but kids are not oriented and they keeps playing with machines like toys and no one tells them any thing. This puts them at danger and also puts other adults exercising, behind schedule on their time.

I've always had great experiences will all the instructors -- they're informed, motivating, and understanding to people's different abilities.

Good variety of group exercise. Great zumba clases, body flow, alll the instructors are passionate and vey engaging. Some of the yoga instructors are great (like Denisse and Sue) others no so much.
Cardio line dance is an awesome addition.
Unfortunately kid's program are getting smaller and or disappearing. My girls really miss dance class, three time the fun, art classes, and drop of art classes. They loved Mrs Debra (my daughters are 6 and 12 years old and even thought they are far apart they'd loved come together for this activities. Swimming lessons are very useful and important, but many instructors are not very engaged in what is going on with kids progress, but Dan is amazing.
Gymnastics classes still a lot to improve (my oldest daughter has being on the gymnastic team for 3 years and prior to 3 years in regular gymnastic) communication with coaches is very poor and is almost inexistent. My little of 6 years has being in gymnastics for 4 and 1/2 years, I know she will not be a gymnast but she have not made a friend yet.
There is no many activities for teenager or a place to socialized.
They have great teachers and coaches that do a great job. The people that working by the desks are very nice and friendly.

It is a pleasant and welcoming environment to get my exercise. As a senior, I appreciate that my insurance covers my membership. I like that the pool schedule is posted so I can determine the best times to swim. I also love the sharing library - what a wonderful idea. I know it was there, in another location, in the past. But whoever resurrected it and has increased the books, has done a fabulous job!
I'm only taking one class currently,(tai chi) but the instructor is excellent.
You guys have activities geared towards every age group.
Competent, friendly, enthusiastic instructors, wide variety of classes day and evening, pleasant atmosphere and nice group of attendees.
Many programs are offered flexibility and timies are Key components for accommodating working class members as well as retirees. Instructors are timely and stick to a schedule and very cordial with members. I really look forward to visiting with a regular regiment and socializing with other members.
