The variety and the options of times!
It's a family friendly place to be in. And it's where I come to work, a really nice atmosphere.
Easy access when I'm in Brown deer. Staff that appear very happy to be at work.
I have one major complaint. 20 of 12 tvs have sports on them. I ask to watch the hallmark channel from 3 to 4 as I’ve done in the past and the manager said new policy which is ridiculous because no one is watching the 3 tvs that I ask to watch for 1 hour.

Easy to sign up. Building, equipment and lockerrooms are clean. All aspects are well thought through…like the easy use program your own lockers. Good instructors. Positive attitude from all staff. Accessibility of large pool…easy entry and exit. Members come and go as needed without scolding or shaming if they arrive late or leave early from group classes. So many good class options that do not require extra pay.

The classes for seniors are great. A friendly place to go and workout. I am so happy the YMCA has chosen to work with Medicare on the membership. Love being able to go there through my insurance. I always tell my friends about it and encourage them to attend.
I haven't joined any but there is a lot to choose from and I am interested in Tai chi.

The classes are nice size and the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. The instructors are also flexible if need be..
Swimming pool, walking track, and exercise equipment are all well equipped overall.
That you have them available and i love the atmosphere!

You guys are great everybody is friendly and very helpful. I was told however my payment for this month was not processed, which is automatically withdrawn from my account, nut sure why we have sufficient funds in the account. Can you resubmit the amount? Let me know your thoughts!
