The staff, the machines, except the weight machines, and many diverse classes.
Using people with disabilities to help, and the diversity is important.
Great instructors and fun participants. Social life with exercise :)
I wish the Rite Hite would open on time in the mornings. It usually opens 3 - 5 minutes late (5:05 am)

The friendly staff. Especially Debra Jackson’s laughter and singing.. Although she does not seem to be singing much lately. Heard through the “grapevine” that some mean person complained. Boo, hiss.

Why don't you have Silver Sneakers at all your Locations ? West Bend Y said they don't have that. I'm currently a member at Brown Deer Y, but we moved to Campbellsport, I'll be 65 in 3 yrs.
I've been a Rite-Hite member since 1984. The Y offers something for all ages, shapes, and sizes. I've met people I would have never met otherwise. I know of a mom/baby group that met about 25 years ago and STILL gets together today. (Obviously, without the babies!) There are programs and activities that appeal to people of all ages and varying physical conditions. One of my favorite things to watch is senior citizens sitting around, talking and having coffee. Hope to get to that point some day! I also love seeing people walk around the track with their walkers...what an inspiration!
I know you didn't ask but one thing I think is horrible is the fact that the Rite-Hite Y asks its instructors to pay every time there is a new Les Mills release. So completely unprofessional! Most employers I know pay for their employees' training. What a testament to your instructors that they just accept it.
Great Silver Sneakers leaders!
Variety, convenient and friendly
I think the Zumba instructors are great, the facility is well-maintained and the classes are scheduled frequently and start on time.
I like the variety and time of classes. Some during the day and others during the evening n
I appreciate the variety of activities offered at an affordable price. The Y is every person's country club:)
We did recommend a friend.... Tori Lepold. Her parents surprised her with a membership for her birthday and did not tell the person that signed Tori up about the refer a friend deal. I may call and let them know. this is the first month.
Love the facility, the people the classes.
I would love to see the pool area and the girls locker room updated. The girls locker room is very outdated. I love it because it reminds me of my youth but it's impractical for 2019. Also, many other Y's have a lap pool with diving board and a water slides, lazy river etc. I would really like to see that upgrade to the pool.
A variety of fitness classes for all ability levels, days and times. Also superb fitness instructors
There are a lot of choices to choose from
I like the Schroeder pool, the fitness center, and that the staff are the best- so friendly.
I love the classes and instructors at the Rite-Hite YMCA. Shonda, Steve, Eva are amazing. I keep coming back!!
I like doing laps in the Schroeder pool.
