Mathnasium was a very good avenue for my family, my son needed help studying for the SAT's and the tutors were very good in helping him acheive some of the goals he neeeded to reach for the subject content he was having trouble with. I would definately recommend them ,as well as return to this center for future academic needs for my other children.

Adrian Alexander has been very supportive and responsive. My son has clearly benefitted from his tutoring at Mathnasium. My only constructive criticism would be to help parents understand how the content in mathnasium maps onto the curriculum at local area schools because Iām sort of having to trust the process rather than quantifying what we are remediating and how long itās going to take. That said, Adrian has done a great job making me comfortable that we are making good progress.
This is our first time doing tutoring and it has been very positive all around. I find it very rewarding that my children are more confident in mathematics.

My daughter really likes attending mathnasium, which has made math fun for her.
We returned to Chicago after a year away, and I was worried that they might be behind their grade levels in the fall. I enrolled my daughters right as summer started. Mathnasium did a great job of gauging their learning needs and taking my concerns into account. The girls really liked all of the tutors, and surprisingly, they usually seemed to like going.
When my daughters started school again, their beginning-of-the-year assessments put them right where they needed to be (maybe even ahead in some areas). We have nothing but good things to say about Mathnasium. The only reason we've paused is because my daughters' extracurriculars have made it hard for them to regularly attend sessions (and if I pushed for it, I would start treading into pushy overbearing parent territory). We are grateful for our time with Mathnasium and will definitely consider returning in the future!

My daughter has gained confidence in her math, which is huge for her! She has also been able to not only learn, but comprehend and recall what she has learned. My daughter looks forward to going to Mathnasium and doing math because they are teaching her how best she learns and has made it fun! I no longer get the tears when she works on her math! And if she doesnāt understand her homework, her first response is ācan I bring it to Mathnasium, they will help me learn it better!ā

I've seen consistent results from her time with Mathnasium tutors. She is more confident in school and at home and is willing to try math computation freely, where she was very hesitant before.
