I like the fact that the arrival is always within less than the allotted time. Rarely, do we wait longer than 20 minutes for arrival. I also like that cleaners are open to my suggestions. They are so pleasant. I often enjoy talking with them. Cleaning is good and efficient.

The scheduling response was quick, the move in/move out service provided by Merry Maids was excellent, we were asked to "inspect" the home to ensure satisfaction, and Kathy & Julie were very thorough, professional, polite and a pleasure to work with.
