They spent extra time trying to diagnose an issue and only charged the fee we were quoted upfront. We felt we could trust Christian Brothers because of this helpful rather than sales mentality. I have an older model Pontiac that, of course, is going to have issues. I have taken it to many of the garages around Avondale & Goodyear to have work done on it. I thought I had finally found the right garage/mechanic, but then got the run around/ repaired things that didn't fix the problem/ fixed other issues besides the issue I brought it in for/ got a lot of excuses. I tried to be understanding during Covid, but COME ON!!!

I thought I would try Christian Brothers because they were fairly new to the area and close to home. I needed a simple oil change and it recently developed a rattle when starting up after being parked for several hours. The rattle went away once the engine warmed up, but the initial noise was very unsettling!! I had taken it to the garage that I had been using for several years, but because I brought it in for one thing & the rattle had just begun and I guess it was a "side item", they repaired the first request and just gave me a speculation on what the rattle was all about...if it got too annoying I could bring it back and they would deal with it then! REALLY?!!
Christian Brothers did the oil change no problem. They fixed another issue my car was having, but the rattle was still present. So they diagnosed it again and found the issue, repaired it and now my car runs better than it has in a long time!!! She purrs again!
They had my car for 4 days(which was a bit unnerving), but they got the job done and my car hasn't run this well in soooo long!!
They did a FANTASTIC job and have gained a new client! Thanks, Christian Brothers!!

The front desk listens to your concern about your vehicle and tries to give you a close repair estimate. Most of my repairs have been close to their estimates.

Today's vehicles are mostly computer controlled and require a knowledgeable mechanic to find a difficult problem and the cost of repair is usually quite high. That part may scare many people away but if you want the repair done right reconsider where you go next.

My 2003 BMW Z4 has parts only available to BMW and they are way out of sight to be going there so if what I need does not require sophisticated parts I go to C B A.

These guys are so honest. Took my car there because my low engibeoik light lkept coming on. They could not figure it out and felt bad so they did not charge me for hours of testing they did. My dealer initially told me that my piggy back line was oil soaked and needed to be replaced. When Christian Brothers checked there was nothing wrong. They even provided pictures to me and told me to take it back to my dealer. No charge.

The Christian brothers employees spoke The problem with my truck clearly to me, and did not speak to me like a dumb girl that does know anything about automobiles!!
