Senior programs. My wife and I will start back next week. I was a regular until COVID took over. We have all of our shots and boosters. We have stayed healthy. We want to get better and and more active this year. Staying healthy and eating well will be a key to our healthy life style. We are 81 and 79 years old. We hope for many more healthy years.

Every phone call to the front desk is answered with a pleasant voice and friendly greeting. The pool bubble keeps me coming back. My goal is to swim at least 3 times a week. Everyone's friendly, and there are plenty of programs for everyone.

Shallow water exercise is very organized and a great workout. The instructor is perfect.

The cost is reasonable and everyone is super nice. I love the one on one lessons in gymnastics. My daughter is so happy to go there every week!

Splash park indoor pool

Even though the swimming pool is heavily used by various swim teams, the Y manages to keep a couple of lanes open to be used by members for lap swimming.

The Silver Sneakers teachers are awesome: Judy, Janice & Donna. Our class is more than exercise, also social connection.

I liked the aquatic arthritis class. Attendees and the instructor were very nice and accepting. This was my first time at the class.

I only used the “outdoor” pool. It was very nice. The women at the desk was helpful as she directed me to the women’s bathroom and showed me where I needed to be.

Variety of programs and times

We had a great time in the splash work with our granddaughter. The water was a great temperature and the zero depth walk in area is so nice for young kids.
